My story

Hi! I am Luisa.

A yoga teacher, a holistic health coach, I meditate, I love dancing, spending time in my kitchen creating, an unconditional lover of nature, and behind doors I am a secret devour of a good piece of chocolate.

“I am passionate about helping others to connect with what makes them truly happy and alive”.

I was born and raised in Colombia where my passion for nature and cultural diversity came from. Growing up, my life was divided between the beauty of the Andean mountains and the   folklore and chaos of a Latin American city.

For as long as I remember I’ve been tremendously curios about human potential and the capacity we have to create a genuine happy life. But I also question why some people find it more difficult to thrive than others?

During my childhood I was exposed to a variety of spaces and circumstances, coming from a family of farmers (a grand father who practice yoga), as well as business entrepreneurs in creative industries, I developed a fascination not only for flavours, colours, and textures, but for the people who were behind the creation of something.

This variety of elements flourished in me a sense for creativity, spirituality, and philanthropy.

A new journey…

Later on – after graduating from high-school I was unsure what I wanted to do with my life, I attempted to go to veterinary school, but after being accepted I decided that what I really wanted was to travel and see the world, so I moved to the US and a year later to Great Britain. Here a new journey started, I went from working in Restaurants and Cafes, to setting up a little business whilst also studying English, but during this time I met with a lot of challenges, and I started to feel constantly tired, unmotivated, and depressed, and deep down I knew I was looking for something more meaningful in my life, and that is when I found yoga. I immediately felt in love with this practice and I started to feel stronger and healthier than ever in my life and my negative patterns started to disappear.

Couple of years later I traveled to India to trained as a yoga teacher at the Sivananda Ashram in Uttarkashi. I was completely immersed in the yogic way of life and I wanted to continue learning. Back in London I immediately started teaching yoga and I began integrating my love for cooking and nutrition and a few years later I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Living in a big and exciting city like London I though it is essential to integrate a good way of living.

I am constantly learning and it is my mission to share my ideas, tools, and resources with you. I hope you find them useful and you can adapt them to your lifestyle.

With love
